Stephen Henderson is an established British wildlife sculptor.
His work is inspired by the native shorebirds and fish species of his locality in Essex, together with wildlife observed on holidays and travels abroad.
Each individual piece is sculpted from Cedar, Pine as well as other materials such as salvaged metal and driftwood. Working with themes such as motherhood, courtship and predation, Stephen's work reflects the mannerisms of individual creatures and their personalities. His original and sought-after sculptures may be found in commercial spaces such as hotels and restaurantes and in private collections around the world.
Stephen exhibits across the UK and in London regularly.
